The XVII edition of the Mediterranean Games is starting in Mersin (TUR) with the Opening Ceremony which will be held today at 19,30.
The Mediterranean Games is a multi-sport event, with participation exclusively from countries around the Mediterranean Sea, where Europe, Africa and Asia meet.
All 24 member countries of the ICMG are expected to participate in the Games. This will be the highest number of Nations in any edition of the Mediterranean Games. The program for the Games will feature a total of 27 different sports.
The archery competitions will be held from 22 to 24 June at the Mersin University Field with this program:
Saturday 22 morning: qualifications; in the afternoon the first rounds of individual eliminations
Sunday 23: team competitions. Team eliminations from the 1/8 round to finals.
Monday 24: in the afternoon, individual semifinals and finals.
