World Archery Europe is pleased to inform that its Judge Committee will organize from 16 to 18 November, 2018 a training seminar for national judges who are interested to be examined for WAE Continental Judge status.
It will be limited to candidates from the WAE Member Associations.
The seminar will take place in Wiesbaden (GER) in the meeting rooms of German Shooting and Archery Federation, with following schedule:
Thursday, 15 November – arrival of participants
Friday, 16 November and Saturday 17 November – seminar sessions
Sunday, 18 November – exam, lunch, departure of participants.
The participation fee will be € 380,00.
To be eligible to participate at the seminar, candidates must conform to the current regulations as laid down in the attached Term of Reference for WAE Continental Judges and pass a pre-seminar test that will be sent immediately after registration.
The result of this test is communicated as soon as the test is corrected.
The seminar language will be English; candidates must be able to read, understand and have a fair writing level in this language.
Subject to the premises capacity, sit-ins may be accepted. Those interested should directly contact the organiser (see contact coordinates below).
Attached application form for the participation at the seminar/exam should be forwarded to the WAE Judge Committee latest by 31 August, 2018 to the e-mail address: wae-jc@archeryeurope.org
All the applications have to be signed by the respective Member Association.
Confirmation of registration and details on accommodation and payment details wil be sent to the participants by 30 September, 2018.
