On 22 May 2018, the Hellenic Olympic Committee and its Sport & Woman Committee awarded Evelyn Papadopoulou, World Archery Gender Equity Committee Chair and Hellenic Archery Federation Secretary General, for her contribution to the Olympic Movement, during the second meeting of women sports executives, as part of the “Women in Action” programme. Successful athletes of the past had the opportunity to meet the new generation, discuss shared concerns and problems, exchange views and make proposals for the participation of more women in the Greek Athletic Movement.
