The Hellenic Archery Federation is searching for a head coach on a full-time basis to oversee all levels of the Hellenic high-performance program.
The successful candidate will be tasked with:
- preparing the national and pre-national recurve teams (including para-athletes) for the Olympic Games qualification tournaments, in order to achieve a competitive representation at the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Paris 2024).
- designing a development plan
- providing training and educational services to the national and club coaches in order to improve the level of the athletes and the development of youth talents
The position will be based in Athens (GRE) and is being offered on a three-year contract.
Applicants are expected to be fluent in English and experienced in coaching high-level athletes. Experience in coaches’ training and a university degree in physical education will be considered as extra assets.
