Team champion Matteo BONACINA (ITA) takes also the gold in the Compound Men competition, while in women Stepanida ARTAKHINOVA (RUS) is again on top of the podium with also her team-mate Yulia ALEKSEEVA on third position.
In W1 Men Bahattin HEKIMOGLU (TUR) defeats house-idol David DRAHONINSKY taking gold, on the podium also Naci YENIER (TUR) on third place.
In the women division double for Great Britain with Jo FRITH, first place, and Victoria RUMARY, second, followed by the young archer Asia PELLIZARI (ITA).
Matteo PANARIELLO (ITA) leads the podium in VI1 and Steve PROWSE (GBR) in VI2/3.
10 medals are not enough for Italy, in second place, to beat RUSSIA with “only” 9 medals (4 golds, 2 silvers and 3 bronzes) in the final Medal Standings by Nations, third position for Great Britain (7 medals).
Next event is the European Archery Championships in Legnica (POL), from August 27 to September 1, also valid as European Games 2019 Quota Tournament and immediately preceded by World Archery Europe Elective Congress (August 26).
