After the Grand Prix in March, Porec (SLO) is ready to host also the European Field Championships 2021.
Many of the archers just moved directly from the 3D Champs in Maribor of last week, to be ready on the Croatian woods for a 6-days competition that will award new European Champions and also assign the quotas for the World Games 2022.
On Thursday, 91 archers will shoot for 40 quotas total:
- Recurve Men: 32 archers for 10 places
- Recurve Women: 19 archers for 10 places
- Barebow Men: 25 archers for 10 places
- Barebow Women: 15 archers for 10 places
189 archers from 21 countries (plus 2 archers from USA shooting only for FQT) are already practicing.
On Tuesday 7/9 1st Qualification Round (24 targets unmarked), then on Wednesday 8/9 the 2nd Qualification Round (24 targets marked). Thursday 9/9 is entirely dedicated to World Games 2022 Quota Tournament. On Friday 10/9 Individual Eliminations. Saturday 11/9 is the Team and MixedTeam day. On Sunday 12/9 all Individual Finals.
