Following the strong earthquake that struck the South of Turkey, Turkish Youth and Sports Minister Mehmet Kasapoğlu has suspended all sports events in the country. Hence, the Turkish Archery Federation announced today that the European Indoor Championships, which was supposed to open on 13th February, have been postponed.
The European Indoor Championships will be held the following week: from 19th to 24th February. The new schedule will be published as soon as possible, so that the flight tickets can be changed accordingly. Due to the disaster, Turkish Airlines tickets would be changed without any penalties or charges.
