World Archery Europe is pleased to inform you that, for the very first time, WAE Judge Committee is organizing a European Judge Conference.
Place: Acqua Acetosa Sports Center in Rome (ITA)
Dates: 18th & 19th November 2017
Deadline for registration: 15th September 2017
The participants should arrive on Friday 17th November, late afternoon early evening.
The Conference will start on Saturday 18th November in the morning, while the conclusion is foreseen on Sunday 19th November in the afternoon.
The Conference is addressed to all WAE Judges and to all Judges with an international status (i.e., WAJ, WAJC, WAEJC).
All the participants are kindly requested to send some topics they would like to discuss during the Conference.
A final program will be sent before the starting of the Conference.
The cost for the Conference is 300,-€ for a double room and 350,-€ for a single room.
In that price 3 nights, full board treatment, and transfer from / to airport are included.
Since the number of single rooms is restricted, it is important for us to know who absolutely wants to stay in a single room instead of sharing a double room.
In order to attend the Conference, the attached application form must be sent to WAE Judge Committee latest by 15th September 2017 to the e-mail address:
wae-jc@archeryeurope.org and also to Alessandra Colasante rapportinternazionali@fitarco-italia.org .
Confirmation of registration, accommodation details and payment info, will be sent to the participants within 30 September 2017.
Travel schedule must be sent to Alessandra Colasante latest by 15 October 2017.
